My loan amount was $535. I don't even remember anymore. Got letter from Professional Recovery, letter from Thompson&Associates and now calls from someone from Christian,Swanson and Grace. Thompson is in Florida. The person I talked to said I was going to be prosecuted for writing a bad check,etc. Hope this helps with more answers. The guy at Thompson was actually nice. He said they didn't have the file as it was recalled by Professional Recovery and that they couldn't prosecute me .

Isn't payday yes an internet lender? If so, than the chances are you didn't write a check, am I right? Internet companies debit your account, there are no paper checks involved unless you sent them a payment by check??
