Hi everyone. I wrote to mypayday advance.com and yourfastpayday.com. I told them I will pay the principal of the loan, mypayday advance 500, paid 450,principal 50 and yourfastpayday 400, paid 337, principal 63. They emailed me back, this is what they wrote,
This is yourfastpayday loan, your current balance is 835, we are willing to settle for 385 and mypayday advance loan, your current balance is 373, we are willing to settle for 185. You can purchase a pre paid at walmart or anywhere you like, card must be visa or master card. Will you be able to take advantage of this settlements? Please be advise immediately as your accounts is about to be turned over to an outside collection agency and will be reported to the credit bureaus for your balances.
What should I do next? Should I repeat writing to them I only owe the principal or take the settlement payment?

Dear Yourfastpaydayloan...

You are a tribal lender, unlicensed in my state of ________. Do NOT try responding with sovereign or tribal law...I have done my research and the only laws that apply to me are the laws of MY state. As such, the loan itself is void...legally I owe you nothing but I will repay the principal. I borrowed $400 and so far I have paid $337 of that principal leaving a balance of $63. I will mail a money order at my convienence if you will provide a mailing address. I will not go to the expense of a prepaid card.

You can go ahead and send me to collections. I will simply cease and desist any collection agency you decide to send me too. I they choose to violate the FDCPA, I will happily collect statutory damages from them.

Stick to your casinos if you want to make money.

Govern yourself accordingly
