I live in california and I am need need of help. I owe about a total of $1000 to these pdls. I am overdrawn with my bank and next week these pdls will put me more in debt to the point I can never recover( at least for a long time). I am willing to pay both principle and penalty fees but I need at least 3 months of time. What should I do? Can I call them on my own to make payment schedules? I am a ship sinking fast.

All of these loans are ILLEGAL!! You owe principal balance only...no fees, no interest. You need to close your bank account asap and open a new one. Revoke any voluntary wage assignment you may have signed ASAP and give a copy to your payroll department.
