i helped my brother get a payday loan, he needed money for bills for his home and family and had just lost his job, i didnt sign any of the contracts but did put my employment and pay onthe app for him, if he does default cant they come after me? or contact me at work? i live in the dallas/fort worth area of tx.

in fact who was the lender?was it internet?even so you should not have done that because it was your job info and pay so they will use that info to contact,and they will.don't know what thy can do unless it was internet,but what you did was not a good idea at all.

it was the cash store, i guess im a sucker that way but it was my kid brother, if i had money id give it to him,but i figured i could help in any way i could.....

how did they let that slip by?i thought storefronts verified that info?wow!anyway you have to pay that or them coming after you for the loan will be nothing as that was a fraudlant application he filled out.he could be in some trouble hoss if you can't help him with it.
