PDL Help in Oregon

I have the following pay day loans out:
VIP / Qloot - paid 650 on a 500 loan
MTE - paid 625 on a 300 loan
Payday Services - paid 275 on a 250 loan
Cash First / Impact - paid 500 on a 300 loan
I have sent emails to MTE, Cash First and VIP. I have set up payment arrangements with VIP. I have yet to get a response from Cash First. MTE sent a response that they would not be debiting my account as i have revoked ACH with them and want to settle for the principle. I replied that they owe me a refund yet have not gotten a response (they said i had 7 days to respond with a yes to their info and then they would tell me where to send the payments). Payday services says they are following oregon law and that they would have a supervisor call me back. I have threatened all of them with the BBB and AG. Any more suggestions? I am kinda worried i have yet to get a response from Cash First..

Still no response
I have yet to get a response Pay Day Services...i did get Impact/cash first to send me a letter that it was paid in full....anyone deal with MTE or Payday serviecs.....they seem kinda slow on the response...i did have a credit for $110 show up in my bank this morning though...when i called they said i wouldnt know who it was from till tomorrow morning....
