Question about PDL refunds.
Date: Fri, 09/02/2011 - 14:35
I have more than paid back theamount borrowed on my payday loans and am now well into fees and interest. I am putting a stop to it by closing my checking account stopping payments, but I have a question about refunds.
Although it's nice to think about getting a refund from these guys, what are the realistic expectations on refunds and how would I even go about it? Are there any lawyers out there that handle these kind of cases. I would like to get as much back from these scam artists as possible.
By the way I am from NY.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

When you send your letter, ask for a refund of the overpayment.
When you send your letter, ask for a refund of the overpayment. They'll almost never agree on the first go-round and some companies never agree to a refund nor do they ever agree your account is PIF.
It depends on the company and your persistence but refunds do happen.
