Live in va so since first loanwas paid in full would I just be responsible for the 308.00 when I refinanced or 700.00 they have as balance

Was this an internet loan? All internet loans are illegal in Virginia. If it was an internet loan you would owe only the principal and none of the interests or fees (and you can include the previous overpayments from previous loans to the principal of the last loan). Internet payday loans are illegal, and void, the loans are unenforceable.
