Hey Goudah, is Little Loan Shoppe an "installment loan" like they are claiming to be? Here is the thing, on the website you click Pay Day Loan you fill out the paper work as a PDL. Then on the contract it says they are short term installment, but they are not backed by a bank and they are licensed in Utah. They require their customers to repay for example 10 payments of $90 of on a $300 loan. I invesitgated them and found out they are not backed by a bank, and even though they are licensed they have no right to do this. Any advice Goudah?

Little Loan Shoppe is different then Quick Click. Quick Click is mroe like Cash Call.
Little Loan Shoppe claims that they are licensed in Utah, and that the license allows them to lend in any state because their contract states "that you agree to be under the jurisdiction" of Utah laws, which is BS.
Quick Click Loans actually has licensing in every state it lends in that requires such licnesing.

That's what I thought. I filed on them with everyone. I reviewed that contract from front to back and it was BS. There is no bank backing them and they are not backed by anyone but themselves claiming to be an installment loan company. I called Utah DFI for backup, and they could not find them in the system. So I said later for them. They owe me refund of $180, I am not gonna see it. Trust me they are not gonna see those 4 payments of $90 either..lol. NEVER AGAIN! Thanks Goudah.
