I am located in SC and have 5 storefront pdl loans and one internet loan.
storefronts:
quick cash 300 pd. approx. $1600 in fees
" 100 pd. approx. $180 in fees
cash advance 300 pd. approx. $1600 in fees
" 300 pd. approx. $315 in fees
" 150 pd. approx. $50

internet:
cuonpayday $200 pd. 60 in fees

I'm on a fixed income and I'm just sinking fast.
What do I do?

Hi there and welcome! I am going to post your pdl laws, most of your loans are from store fronts, have you defaulted on any of these loans yet? If you haven't, you may be eligible for the EPP (Extended payment plan), this will allow you to pay off your store front loans in four equal payments on each payday, IF, each of these store front lenders are members of the CSFA (The Community Financial Services Association of America ) and you request the EPP plan BEFORE you default.

South Carolina requires Internet based pdl's to be licensed by your state.

to get the EPP on the storefronts you must go in person before your due date and see the manager.they will put on the EPP.the regular employees will try to say they can't offer it.
