If you haven't, you may be eligible for the EPP (Extended payment plan), this will allow you to pay off your store front loans in four equal payments on each payday, IF, each of these store front lenders are members of the CSFA (The Community Financial Services Association of America ) and you request the EPP plan BEFORE you default.
South Carolina requires Internet based pdl's to be licensed by your state.
