I live in PA and I owe a payday loan to Quickest cash advance. The original amount was $300.00 but I have paid $75 four times and then $125.00 (which included a $50 paydown.) I was wondering what state they are located in a what the payday loans laws are there

I found this address for Quickest-Cash-Advance but I'm not sure how accurate it is. There's a loophole in the Pa. lending law, as long as they are licensed in ANY state in the US you will need to follow the laws the pdl is licensed in. CLICK HERE and scroll down to read what Goudah posted about lending in all 50 states. Look at your loan papers to see where they're located, then you can check that states DFI's licensee data base to see if they have a license. Keep checking back, someone else may have some info on them. :)
