To my knowledge you are only eligible for an EPP once a year. I had one with each of them less than a year ago.
Is there a way to get an EPP more than once a year?

Look for a non-profit credit counselor. Do NOT pay for the service, as there are numerous ones that will do it for no fee from the client.

Do you know of any names of these organizations? My google search is only coming up with fee based companies.

I called the folks with http://www.nfcc.org/ and they are unable to help me with storefront pdl's. =(
None of them will allow me to do another EPP until my 12 months is up. Which would be in January. So far the only help I've found was with pdlassistance.com /. They said it would be a $200 setup/enrollment fee and I could get on a 6-8 month plan.
I was told I need to get a new account and have my direct deposit to that account and only keep $1 in the account linked to the pdl's. Because according to the laws in my state I am not allowed to close the account or stop payment on the checks. Problem is, I will have the NSF fees. Is this the best course of action?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
