My loan is an installment loan with check n go... I live in tx and it's legal.
I took out the loan for $2500 and my payments are $700 a month... Waaaay too much for me now.
I'm not sure how to get out of this thing.... I'm bound to it at $700 a month till next may!
My bank is USAA and from what I've heard, they are tough with the whole hard block/closed account route... They reopen the account if an ach is set to go thru.
I just want out. I just want peace.
Sigh.
