I sent a revocation letter to QXL and this is their response: I paid them the principal back. I attemped to do paydowns and they dont allow it. It's either pay $76 every pay period or the whole $276

Any help would be appreciated:
The Loan Agreement, to which we have adhered to by funding the loan, detailed that your loan was subject to the Laws of Malta, a fact by which you confirmed your understanding and acceptance of via the online signature you made. Please note, we are not a US company, have never prescribed to be a US company and have no US presence. Please refer to your copy of the Loan Agreement. Under the terms of the Agreement you agreed to make payments via ACH until the loan balance was satisfied in full. We will continue to make all reasonable attempts to make contact where necessary and to request payment of all amounts due and payable to enable the loan agreement to be satisfied, as per the original terms. Regards, Customer Services

I asked them for a copy of the loan documents I signed and their response was:
Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to provide a copy after the time of application. However all information about your loan, as well as a list of FAQs can be found on the website. And if you ever need more information, or cannot find an answer you need, feel free to contact us via the Help Centre as you have used here. Regards, Customer Services

My response was:
Since i am not a resident of Malta and I am a US citizen and then I follow the laws of the US. By debiting a US account you have to follow Federal NACHA laws. In the US an ACH revocation letter must be honored. I have paid back $276 I do not expect any more issues with your company and sending all correspondece between your company and myself to the FTC.

So QXL has asked you to obey the laws of Malta!!!

Just file cases against them with the FTC and your states' Attorney general. Don't pay them a dime more. Close your account immediately.
