i have 5 payday loans currently i reside in New hampshire and as of this week i am unable to pay them i know it will result in major fees and i am hoping maybe i can get some suggestions. i do not want them to start calling my employer but i also know they are not willing to make arrangements with me they cliam they are unable to do so. i am thinking letting them go to collections may be my best option it seems to be the only way to get them to make other arrangements that i can stick with. also i am only willing to send a money order do they have a right to refuse that? it is my only means of paying them as my account with my bank is in the negative do to being unable to make my payments on these loans Spot on loans 300.00 i have paid them 360.00 National 200.00 nothing as of yet Ace cash services 300.00 nothing as of yet QXL 200.00 156.00 Beacon 200.00 i have paid them 178.00

New Hampshire requires Internet payday lenders to be licensed in your state, some of yours are not:

they are all internet and the only name i have for national is that i have a number if that helps 1-866-539-7504

Read the link I gave you on how to deal with illegal lenders, follow the step by step guidelines and you should be fine, all you owe ANY of them is the amount you borrowed less any fees and interest, also deduct any payments you have made so far, but you REALLY need to close that account NOW, it will never be safe again!
