I am thinking about consolidating, but I would really like to pay them off. What should I do, IDK where to go from here.

I didn't find any of these PDL companies in the PDL as well as CSO licensee database of Texas state. I don't think they are legal in your state. If they are not, then you are not legally bound to pay them a dime more than what you have actually borrowed. As for M1Y, they actually owe you a refund.
Send them letters stating that since they are illegal in your state, you will only pay the principal amount borrowed. Send this money by money order. And ask for a PIF. As for M1Y, along with the PIF, you should ask for a refund.
But, before all that, close your bank account.
