Unauthorized payments taken by QXL Online

Did you read the terms of the loan? PDLs are expensive.

QXL Online is situated in Pakistan!!!!! Just close your account and open a new one. Otherwise, they will rip you off.

Since the actual loan was an illegal one, so, it doesn't matter whoever is collecting the loan, it will be illegal only. And the 'so-called' law firm is just scaring you to pay them off. I really doubt the call you got from that 'so-called' law firm was actually some one from QXL only.

I have recieved a phone call from a "law firm" with this company. Has anyone else been threaten with law suit for non payment after closing your account? I can not get hold of any one at this company.

Always read your contract - it will tell you right in the print- the amount they take out is only the interest - you will still owe the princible no matter how many payments they take from your account!!

exactly,but if there is no payoff option and the loan is illegal once you get the principle the person owes nothing and those fees get deducted.again the contract is worthless as you are an illegal entity and are entitled to nothing but the amount lent,and those interest debits get deducted from that,but hey thanks for stopping by humanoid.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They do not have any way of getting in touch with them. No address, no phone number where someone actually picks up, no email addesss. They will steal your identy and threaten you daily for payment on loans you didn't even request. There is no settleing your account with them if you have already accepted a loan. You need to report this as fraud to your bank and to the major credit bureau's. They will help you. More than likely this company already has your life in their hands. This happened to my husband. It is awful! I called the number back that they called us from and it is a fake number. They are spoofing phone directory numbers. My husband got told they were going to arrest him and that they would sue him. Nothing ever happened cause they are not legit. Do not give them ANY personal information what so ever!

I understand your frustration. I had a training for this company and i didn't return on my 2nd night. I feel bad about what's going on. There's no customer service satisfaction,agents are usually rude and they're not disclosing the terms and conditions so they will agree and sign up. Once you've clicked that Agree button and continue,,, you can never cancel that application... and they will eventually get an unauthorized money from your account... Please don't buy this kind of online loans... I'm just a regular employee and I understand how important each penny is. It would be best to go to your nearest branded bank and apply personally.

I took a loan for $200 from qxlonline I had a problem . My bank freeze my accout befor they can get their money out now I am trying to pay off my loab I call the number n a lady tell me to send a email to someone I try n that email address is wrong..i got a call from a a guy who claim he is going to sue me n friday they going to my job to arrest me so I told him how can I pay off mu loan today give me the number to call qxlonline he tell me at this time they don't want to talk to me so they cant give me no number ..them I told him well am not paying no money to him because c my loan was 255.00 n the law firm tekl me I have to pay then 510.00

You only have to repay $200. QXL is an illegal payday loan. Pay them when you can afford to pay them. Don't let them intimidate you. They can't do anything to you except annoy you and make idle threats :)

yes this people did the same thing to me today they took 200$ and then 55$ without my permission . they are the worst perople to deal with i absolutely hate qxl and i will never deal w them again thanks to them i am negative in my banking acct now ... And for those of you that need to talk to them there is a way when you log in you can submit a ticket and ask them anything and they will answear you question ... Hope this helped god bless

Please be sure to protect yourself from future occurrences. Go to your bank. Report the debit as unauthorized. Have them reverse it and refund any fees. Then have them close your account and get a new one.

listen everyone ive gone through this before when i had payday loans and they were all upto date and current. alot of times either scammers or people who bought information from payday loan companies. i recieved a call from someone with a heavy middle eastern accent saying i owed a bunch of money to TLC fast cash for default on my loan. he stated that he was going to sue me and that i would be arrested if i didnt not pay, also stated someone would be at my work on monday to serve me with papers. now at the time i didnt know any better and became really nervous, so i called TLC fast cash and they informed me that there system has been hacked and they were trying to scam me also stated the FBI has been informed and that i should also call the FBI to inform them. i did this and they stated there was nothing they could do, i was told to just ignore them and to not give them any information at all. so please heed there advice and do the same because it is not true, any lawsuit or court date you will recieve in WRITING not a threat on the phone, especially if they threaten you or anything of that matter. i took at as an opportunity to have alot of fun at the peoples expense
