I have two payday loans through rapid cash in Nevada, i'm aware of the payday loan laws here, i wanted to know if it was legal to put stop payments on the checks i wrote to them (rapid cash) so PDL assistance could settle my loans through their company and they would pay them back after they worked it out with them to lower the loan amounts. Also, does anyone know if rapid cash photocopies your credit cards when you go through them?
