what will happen if you never heard from ur payday loans?
i live in las vegas and got about 10 or 11 payday loans. all store fronts except for 2 (payday services and eme marketing pay)

here are the storefronts that i havent paid in years. some are about 2-4 yrs not been paid. and never heard from them:

rapidcash
moneytree
loanmart
superpawn
checkcity

now that im expecting calls/letters from them i hear and get NOTHING. i got'em since 2005 and havent got the chance to pay'em. economy so bad here lotsa job loss and still cant afford to pay them. what happened to them? its almost 4 yrs now that i havent paid them? wondered what will happen?

i got luckycash 4u that i need to pay cause they said they can do wage garnishment on me etc. now i got a new one called ace cash. i wanna get rid of these payday loans. sometimes i wanna quit and stop paying them. cause all my life i been paying my payday loans as my damn bills. i can never save;(

pls help me and let me know what u think might happen. i never heard from those 5 pdl companies since 2005 til now.

If they were really that long ago then mostly likely they were charged off which means they are no longer trying to collect on the loans.

For LuckyCash 4 U you can send them a letter or email revoking your wage assignment.

Something like this with your information attached to it will work.

I revoke any and all wage assignments I may or may not have signed with your company, I no longer authorize you, your company, or your affiliates to attach any part of my wages or contact my employer for your collection purposes.

I would also request that they send you a debt validation that includes an itemized list that shows the original loan agreement and all fees, interest and payments.

Is Ace Cash internet or a store front?
