I had a rapid cash management deposit 200 in my account this morning & then turned around & took out 289.00. I want to know for sure who they are & how to get a hold of them to cancel the account.

Ummmm, if I were you, I would go directly to the bank and dispute that asap! Have you recenly taken out a payday loan? The scary part is, they have your account number, I think I would place a block on the account asap until you figure out what's going on, otherwise it could happen again!

Did you even authorize a deposit to your account?

I agree you should contact your bank asap and speak to the ach department.

I do know, that if you read the fine print on store front and online pdl's it will state sometimes that they can and will share your info with a 3rd party.

I had a debit for a low amount of money on my account from someone I have never even heard of. Turns out they are a bogus company who buys info from pdl lenders.

Speak to your bank...they will also advise you to contact the company ( most likely ) and may be able to provide you a number.

get a copy of the recording, you're entitled to it. if they refuse to give it to you they have something to hide, in which case
get legal advice
