That's interesting, so now these illegal companies are sending dunning letters via email? Good gravy, and why would the original lender be sending you a dunning letter, those apply to third party collectors. That goes to show you how unintelligent the people these lenders hire. lol If you are possitive they are not licensed to lend to your state residents then bypass the whole thing because in the end it will serve no purpose anyway.

yes I thought it very strange.....why would I validate with the pdl company themselves? and through email? pdls are prohibited in MD so this company which is part of pdl ventures is a joke...this is also the same pdl (pdl loan center) that sent me an unsolicited PIF about a month ago...thanking me for paying my loan in full and offering me a new one with a 50$ increase...so one day its paid in full and another day I need to validate the debt with the company...lol
