Hi and welcome!
First off, a few things: You need to confirm that this company has no license to do business in the state of Michigan. You can usually do this by visiting your state governmental website and going to the Dept of Corporations (as we do in California) or an identical state dept.
Once you have confirmed that this is the case, you need to close your bank account and get a new one, because once they get the idea that you're not paying, they will start to hit your account. Not even putting a stop payment on their name will help, because they will hit you with other DBA's.
It sounds to me like they also owe you a refund. Write them a cease and desist demanding one and also let them know you are filing a report with the Michigan State Attorney General's office.
First thing to do: CHANGE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!! Keep us posted.

I have already closed my bank account and went to a completely different bank. I have already settled with one of my PDLs through the help of this forum. I am still dealing with 500FashCash, Integrity Payday Loans and Bayside Loans. Integrity Payday Loans insists that I am subjected to the laws of where they are based - the West Indies!! I know this is not true, so I continue to send them the same letters over and over again, stating that I am bound my the laws of the state I live in, Michigan. Any tips on how to proceed past this point?
With regards to Bayside Loans/NRS, should I send them a letter stating that they are trying to collect on a debt that is illegal, since Bayside Loans isn't licensed to do business in Michigan?
