I just received my PIF status for my settlement with One Click Cash and they provided complete address information I thought I would share in case anyone needs it:

OneClickCash
52946 Highway 12, Suite 3
Niobrara, NE 68760
1-800-349-9418

Congrats on the PIF!!! Did you read the thread about one click and NE? If you haven't filed a complaint with NE yet I suggest you do so. I have a PIF with them also but I did send in a complaint and a copy of my file from my states DFI. SO they know what is going on and to help NE with a little extra ammo lol.

Again Congrats !!!!

mperez, thanks for sharing your contact information. I know there are MANY members with One Click Cash (God love them). Maybe they won't run from this address too fast!

Thanks for all the congrats you all. I can't believe this but One Click sent me a PIF statement and thanked me for keeping up my end of the deal. They really were easy to work with - however I need to give credit to the BBB because it was through them that we communicated. When they offered a settlement for just the remaining principle (taking all payments made so far also for only principle) I was jumping for joy but there deadline date was not doable for me because I have vowed never to let myself get behind in rent and utilities again. So, I countered with a due date that gave me an additional two weeks and they said YES. It feels great to have another one down.

Good for you! You and morningstarr counter-offered. I think this is where my situation went differently. I flat out said no. I wouldn't agree to anything they said. So, now they're mad at me & after me. LOL! I never thought to counter-offer. I think they've made me so mad that I'm to the point to where I'm like "Ummm... bite me."

I hear you Cannr - that is how I feel about ameriloan. I am more than willing to pay the principle I owe (and still owe) but being that I have been with these companies for years they are not going to get a dime more than principle. Luckily Ameriloan is the last one I still owe on. Seeing as how they are all one happy MTE family I am hoping once they make contact they will be reasonable. Ameriloan has an automated system to work with prior to going to collections but it would not take any of my counter offers as it wanted more than the principle owed. Time will tell - since they are illegal I am not going to sweat it.
