If You Got A Refund From Payday Select / Payday OK

If anyone has received a refund or a PIF from the above companies you can expect to get billed again! I just got a "settlement offer" for a 611.00 amount that they will "settle" for 311.00. This is six months after they sent a refund for 360.00 on the same account. I called and told them I had a notarized settlement agreement from August and the woman looked in the account and said to please disregard the letter. I seems the computer did not know the facts and sent notices to all "charged off" accounts. So be ready for an invoice if you got a PIF or a refund and check your credit file to see if this "charged off" debt shows up there!
