Hi all... well I ended up having to fax them my letter and received a response today from [EMAIL="ASanchez@riverelk.com"]ASanchez@riverelk.com[/EMAIL]. Basically, they said while the info i have collected may apply to companies that have physical locations in my state, it is our "opinion" that it does not apply to our internet business model. Ultimately, they marked my account paid in full and stated that there would be no refund of the money I paid to date. Im contemplating going after them for a refund, but at the same time I should just cut my losses and chalk it up as a lesson learned. Has anyone ever had any luck with refunds? Just curious. Thanks for all your help...one down, two to go!!

well couldn't resist one last shot could you?i'm not as dumb as you like to think as all companies must be licensed,including internet. so i am seeking all overpaid monies be refunded as i get the sense you gave this PIF through gritted teeth.i am going to re-file my AG complaint to pursue a refund.
anyway i know you waaaay overpaid this and shouldn't let them off that easy.
