Just an important message I received from the state of Nebraska concerning OneClickCash:
Your request was forwarded to me for reply. All payday lenders are required to hold Nebraska license with the Nebraska Department of Banking & Finance (“Departmentâ€). Currently, neither One Click Cash nor the SFS, Inc. hold a Nebraska license. The Department had an ongoing investigation regarding this company which resulted in the Department issuing an Order to Cease and Desist requiring One Click Cash to cease operations in Nebraska with respect to Nebraska residents. You can view those orders online at the following url:

If the nature of you request is in the form of a complaint against One Click Cash, the Department would suggest that you visit with your financial institution concerning a stop payment on these automatic withdrawals. This is authorized by Regulation E, 12 CFR 205.10. Also pursuant to 12 CFR 205.11, you can dispute any charges withdrawn in the last sixty days. An institution may take 45 days to investigate, provided they provide provisional credit (less up to $50). The consumer has a right to review the documentation the bank relied upon in making the determination pursuant to 12 C.F.R. 205.11(d)(1).

Also, you may want to file a complaint with the Department. A copy of the Complaint Form for Financial Institutions can be found on the Department’s website at www.ndbf.ne.gov under the heading Quick Links. In addition, we would also suggest that you file a copy of your complaint not only with the Better Business Bureau but also with the Attorney General’s office in your home state (if you are not a Nebraska resident).

In the meantime, should you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact me at your convenience via email or at (402) 471-4936.

This is what I call an appropriate response to the illegal/triba
This is what I call an appropriate response to the illegal/tribal PDL threat. I was talking to another forum member from LA about her PDL problems and the state department down there is possibly one of the biggest bunch of idiots ever. Its good to see that state employees do care about the residents and take genuine measures to counter fraudulent activities.
