CashNet is an offshore, illegal lender. You should file complaints as stated above and then contact them asking for a refund of anything you paid them above the principal amount you borrowed. No fees or interest are payable.

rule of thumb.never pay a voice over the phone as i'm certain you got that info after the fact.if i'm wrong then you never pay until you get the debt validated.either way you got scammed by what i call the "wharf rat"bottomfeeders.being as they are near a wharf in NY.i wish you could get the 875.00 back,but i hope you remember this and learn from it.no validation,or something in writing.no payment,and complaints are filed instead.
