Has anyone recieved a refund for overpayment, or has anyone recieved a PIF letter from them. what are the chances of any one of these happening.

Basically, with illegal PDLs, I'd say it breaks down like this once you send the letter and beat back their BS letters and finally get to a serious employee..... 7/10 of the time you will just get a PIF or they will let you repay the principal to get PIF. 1/10 times you will get a refund (perhaps less than that), and 2/10 times you will be just sent to an outside collector or the balance will be forgiven.
