Big mess

Im 29 years old with a very low credit score and outstanding pay day loans some have which the total amount have went way up for the original amount. How can i fix this mess? Help!

-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.
