In total about $1,500
I am in IL. How do I go about getting them to do a payment schedule? Right now I pay the interest every 2-4 weeks and the whole balance keeps rolling over. What are my rights?

Cashnetusa offers an extended payment plan, but they won't tell you about it, you have to ask for it. As soon as you get that account closed I would call and talk to Cashnetusa about an extended payment plan and pay them via the mail with money orders. I wouldn't worry about the illegal lenders for right now, just pay off the legal one then deal with the illegal lenders later, it's important that you close your account.
