Please folks keep records. Save e-mails, take phone notes print the contracts and check your bank statements. I had taken loans the PCT before realizing they were illegal. The last time the name switched to MNPC. Now that I've sent the letter they are saying they aren't the same company. However, when I check my bank statement this weekend the last payment to PCT was maked with a reference ID well the reference ID on the deposit by MNPC was the SAME!! I already knew they were but this is just one more nail. It helps not only to know the laws and your rights but to have ALL the facts. These companies will try anything to get more money!

You are so absolutely right. I just love these companies that go by 4 or 5 different names. My experience was with Integrity PDL, Integrity Advance, Everett Cash, Integrity Paydayloans.....unbelieveable experience!
