I have a payday loane hawith usa money shop.sent them email and all I ever heard was a email my payment was late told them to refer to previous email and havent heard a word .email came down from si l vercloud financial.havent seen much on forum about these guys are they illegal in va? Still owe 200 on principal told them to contact me about payments havent heard anything.wanna make sure they are illegal also looked in illegal lenders and didntsee either name listed thanks

Contact with Virginia Bureau of Financial Institutions to find out whether or not usa money shop is licensed in your state. If they are illegal, then you owe principal only. Don???t pay them an extra dime other than principal in this case. But if they are licensed, then you are liable for both the principal and interest.
