Flash Loans

I have a $400 loan with Flash Loans. Took the loan out in August 2009. Each payment to them is $120; I make payments two times per month. I've made 42 payments (42 x $120=$5,040). Again, my original loan was for $400. They still charge me $240/month. Is there any way to get some of the $5000 (minus original loan) refunded back to me?

then, stop letting them take you money. Close the account, talk to them, do something to stop the payments from going to them. Then talk with your state AG and see if they can help you, maybe get a lawyer involved if possible. They are not going to want to refund anything, but you may be able to force them if you try hard enough.
