Hello,

Last Saturday I sent an email and certified letter to payday to stop debiting my accounts and to refund me my overpayment to them. I then closed all of my bank accounts. The next day, I noticed that my account was marked past due, even though it wasn't. Then on monday, I noticed that I am not able to log in to their website anymore. I told them that I want to receive a response from them by December 13, 2007, and I haven't heard anything yet. Can anyone give me any follow letters to send to them to show them I'm not playing? Is it normal for them to lock you out of your acct and not respond to emails? Do you guys think I have a good chance of having my loan pif and receiving a refund?

Ok about 3 minites ago I received an email from payday select stating:

PayDay Select is sorry you are unsatisfied with its service. We will
consider your loan paid in full.

Thank You,

There is one problem. May loan was a payday ok loan. I did have a paydayselect loan which I did pay off long time ago. But I'm referring to my payday ok loan with them. They owe me over $400. I don't know if they think this is a game but I want my money back and i want full proof that they consider my account pif!

Is PaydaySelect and PayDayOK one in the same? Same company, just uses different d/b/a's? Do as goudah posted. Again send them the demand for a PIF from "PayDayOK" and demand that refund of $400.00. What's it going to hurt? Send it again!

Hey guys, I started this thread, I just didn't feel like logging in, lol. Anyway, I sent my letter to payday ok demanding a refund and demanded them to send me another PIF email referencing the correct loan. They sent me another PIF email and now they're offering $250 refund! I'm so excited! I'm definitely pushing for the $490 that they owe me!
