Most of the lenders I was dealing with, I haven't heard from. That's not to say I won't, because they may try to pursue something, but for the most part, communication has stopped.

Unfortunately though, I am still getting calls from Cash in a Wink, Golden Valley Lending, and eFinance Report ( who I believe is associated with Integrity payday???). I refuse to answer the phone, and they refuse to correspond by mail or email....Since they refuse to communicate in a manner that I can document, and have not agreed to the terms I was willing to lay out, I will continue to not answer the phone and not send them any money. I'm not going to send a dime until I know they will agree to the principal amount. If they will not, they will get nothing.

My question is: if anyone on here has dealt with these particular companies, can you tell me if they ever stop calling eventually? Do they ever break down and send stuff through the mail? Do they eventually turn over to a collection agency. They haven't turned over to a collection agency, but have turned over the account to perhaps their own in-house collection department. I want to send cease and desist letters, but I'm afraid I cannot since they haven't sent it to an outside agency. What to do??? They are driving me nuts, and driving my workplace nuts with the constant calling.

1. Yes, they will stop calling eventually, after about a month of trying.
2. If calls are not working in their favor, they might start sending emails.
3. Yes, they do eventually sell your account to illegal collectors and bottomfeeding CAs. They actually would do the same even if you pay the debt in full. Yes, they are obnoxious that way.
4. What you can do will not necessarily stop the calls. At home, you can continue ignoring them. At work, inform your reception/boss/supervisor to ignore the calls and block the number(s). Having done all that, file complaints against the lenders with the AG and the FTC.
