I'm with an internet payday lender (RMF Services, LLC) in which I found out that they are not licensed by the state of PA. They claim that they are licensed through the state and they can still debit my account regardless of what I attempt to do to stop. Could you give me some advice on this matter. The loan was for $300 and I have paid out $800 and still have a balance of $215!

the state of PA hasn't licensed pdl's since 2001.now they are totally prohibited.have benn since 2009 so treat them everything they say as a lie as again PA stopped licensing in about 2001.so close/secure your account knowing this pdl will lie through their teeth.btw being as this pdl is illegal.not only in PA,but alot of states you not only owe nothing, but they owe you 500.00.in fact go to ohiogal's signature.it has everything you need to get this illegal out of your life.

My banking establishment has shut down RMF Services, LLC from debiting my account. Now I am working on trying to get my money back. They don't receive emails so I have sent them faxes in which I haven't heard a reply. Therefore a sent them a letter stating if I don't receive a reply in writing on whether I will receive my money or not, that I will take further legal actions. I have already contacted my attorney general's office, the Better Business Bureau and also the Federal Trade Commission.
