Hey I already posted this, but I forgot that I had registered an account here, so I wanted to repost it logged in...Plus I couldn't find the thread anywhere, so I didn't know if it actually worked...lol. My apologies if I double posted this

Ok, so I found this website a few days ago, and I wouldn't really say I am in payday HELL per-say, but it's obnoxious and I'm sick of dealing with these people. I had 3 loans out

1 from ACE, which is paid off now-I believe they are legal here in Texas though, as I think they have store fronts? If they aren't then I will look more in to it and try to get some money back from them, because I know I paid them more than the principal....

2nd was from Check N Go-Again, I am pretty sure they are legal as well. I took out a $425 loan, and still owe them all of it plus the refinance fee, so the total comes out to 532ish. I called them and told them I am revoking their ACH rights, and that I was aware that this would send it to collections, but I can't keep doing this with them and I need to figure out another way to pay it. I also made it very clear that I was not trying to be shady, or hide from them in any way, and what was why I was calling them. They said the only way I would be able to stop them from taking it out of my account would be to close my bank account...I went to my bank (chase), and told them the exact same thing, that I was working to get this taken care of, but needed them to revoke the ACH rights. They responded, telling me that all they could do was put a block on the account, for a set dollar amount, and that if the company simply changed the amount, even by 1 cent, it would still go through because it only blocks that one set amount...I really don't want to have to close the account...I will if I have to, but I think they I am possibly receiving some incorrect information from them....I read on here that this is my RIGHT...Is it different because Check n Go is legitimate?

3rd one is from Cash in a Wink, which I know for a fact is not legal in Texas after doing some research here on this site. $300 from them, refinanced it twice at $90 a pop, so I owe them $120 on it still. Once I pay them the $120, do I just need to tell them that they aren't legal in my state and so that is all I owe them, or what?

I'm about to be 23, and embarrassed that it got to this point, but I am glad that I found this website and am getting this stuff taken care of in a professional manner.
