Pdl loans renewed every 2 weeks

I have a lot of payday cash advances and have renewing them every 2 weeks. Is there a way out?


Yes there is and welcome to the site robcon8665. Please list what state you are in and if these payday loans are storefront or internet, how much you owe on each, the names of each and if they are in default. I am in the same situation as robcon, I am houston texas, and these are the list of payday loans that I have, they are from local stores

PayDay Advance, 1000
Advance America 800
EZ Money 1000
Is there a way to stablish settlement payments to close the accounts, since I have renewed payday loans with them before

I just learned in another thread that Advance America is now accepting payment arrangements, per new practices. Please see the thread entitled Advance America that was posted either today or yesterday to see how you can go about making the arrangements with them.

Have you contacted the other pdls to see if they will make arrangements with you? I would think that should be your first step. Dealing with storefronts is a little different than dealing with internet, as most of the storefronts are operating legally.
