Rent-a-Center Financial Services/PDL - anyone dealt with them?

Recently I have been getting a LOT of collection calls from them, at home and at my new job. They are asking me to pay a settlement of $675 by the end of the month or they will take legal action. THey also had my address completely wrong (as in, wrong street, city & state) when they called me to collect. Stupidly, I corrected them on it.
Wondering if anyone else has dealt with them and how serious they are about legal action. Also I have read about RAC showing up at your door and job... is that true for the PDLs or just for rental furniture/appliances?

Send the CA a cease and desist letter or a letter specifically telling them not to call you at work. Why did you give them the new number??

Rent-a-Center had a PDL division called Cash Advantage. Thier goal was to "piggy-back" them with the RTO stores, but made the decision to eliminate and sold most of thier accounts to Advance America, I believe.
Do you have any receipts for the payments that you made before losing your job?
