Closing Bank Acct.

Hi I recently posted under PDL nightmare and found out that 2 of my PDL lenders are illegal, but one is legal. How can I close my account without defaulting on the legal lender? Also, If I close the account, can I reopen with the same bank or not? has any one had success with out closing the account or staying with the same bank? I have another account with this bank also, should I close that account too?

You can contact the legal one and make arrangements to pay them by prepaid debit card! Explain the situation! You can stay with the same bank but you would be better off getting a live paycheck for a while rather than having your whole check being vulnerable! Talk to the branch manager about you situation! Do not be embarrassed.
