Ok, Cashnetusa & BBB response - what now?

The battle goes on...and thankfully, after I filed all of my BBB complaints, the calls stopped. However, Cashnetusa responded to the BBB that my settlement offer (to repay the remaining balance of the principal) was unacceptable. They sent me a separate "settlement" offer that amounted to 5 payments totaling $945. Mind you, I have already paid over $400 toward the original $800 principal. I fired off a BBB response that I would not agree to their offer, and reiterated my own.
From what I have read here, Cashnetusa is operating in PA under their Nevada license, so complaints to the AG might not do any good. Suggestions on next steps, anyone? I am thinking about just sending in $50 a month as planned, and if they accept it, chip away at it until I have repaid the principal, then fire up the battle again. Would appreciate any suggestions on this one!
