My question is- how should I go about repaying my store fronts? I would allmost like to do everything in writing....just to hve a copy if somethiing comes up later. Is there some kind of form letter I can use saying "hey I'm going to pay you back here's my first payment" Or should I just start mailing them payments? In the leter I received from advance america it said I could mail in a MO or certified check. Let me know what y'all think. For some reason I feel like getting a hard copy of everything would greatly benefit me. I feel like I'm the only person who's going to look out for my best interest in this whole matter.

You are the only one who will look out for your best interest, I totally understand your prudence. If it were me, I would send them money order, certified return reciept. Copy the money order after it's written out to them and staple it to the signed returned receipt they sign.
The only thing is I'm not sure of my balance with some of them.
The only thing is I'm not sure of my balance with some of them. I think they all charged me a $30 fee but I'm not sure. I guess i will just ask that they send me a statement or something. Surely they will be ok with this. I mean they want their money right?

This si the letter I am going to send the legal PDL's. What do you think? I am going to send it certified mail, return receipt
As you know, I have been in something of a financial bind lately. I was working with a debt consolidation company, but have since decided to settle everything on my own. I know that I was told that your company doesn???t work with debt consolidators, which is part of the reason I made my decision.
I am unable to pay the balance in full at this time. I wish I was, but my financial situation just will not allow it. However, I am more than willing to make payments with money orders via USPS. I am able to make payments twice a month until my balance with you is resolved. If a change in my financial situation occurs, I will make more payments, or pay the balance in full as I am able to.
All I ask is that some sort of statement be mailed to me, so I have written confirmation of my balance. Also, I ask that any and all contact be made via USPS or e-mail (meechell83@gmail.com.). I ask that you do not contact the references I listed on my loan, as I am working to pay off this balance.
Please send the statement in a timely fashion, so I may get the first payment in the mail (within two weeks from the date of this letter.)
