Cant repay payday loans

Internet payday loan companies are mostly unlicensed to operate in most states, which makes them an illegal company. Don't worry about internet payday loans. Come to my site for more on this issue.

What you need to do is find out if these companies are licensed to do business in Texas and if they are internet, chances are they are not. Then figure out how much you have actually paid them with fees, and if it's more than the principal, demand that your account be marked paid in full or you will complain to the state's attorney general's office.

I live in Florida and had 2 payday loans out. For circumstances beyond my control, the company crown lending had some woman saying she was an attorney and will arrest me. I paid the amount and now I am regretting.

Brandi, don't listen to this lady's illegal threats. You are not going to be arrested she is just trying to scare more money out of you. Trust me, most of us have been there and heard that threat, and it is ILLEGAL! I'm sorry this happened to you, what company was this lady claiming to represent? Or what collection agency did she say she worked for. It is also very illegal to claim you are an attorney when you are not one. You need to file a complaint against this company with Florida's Attorney General's office, was this company by chance Bass and Associates?

How many companies are there using illegal tactics? This is out of control.

Also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. You can do both of these online. Illegal threats are not to be tolerated and they should be reported. :x

My coworker had a loan with Crown Lending, which they turned over to Icollect, and then she was harassed by Bass and Associates. I think there was a good chance that is who contacted Brandi. Brandi, definiteyl file a complaint. And don't listen to her threat of jail. There is no debtor's prison!!!

I want a federal task force to be created, simply to get all of these illegal outfits, seeking prison terms on them all.

That would be awesome Anthony. I wonder myself how much more of this crap are consumers supposed to put up with before somebody does something about these illegal collection activities! :twisted:

If more consumers would contact their Attorney Generals regarding this out-of-control issue, there may be more state laws, or even Federal laws enacted to go after these crooks.
