Do any of the internet pdls report you to the credit bureaus

Do any of the internet pdls report you to the credit bureaus if you default? Also, do any of them check your credit report when you first apply (even though I know they say they don't)?
I don't know of any that check your credit report when you apply
I don't know of any that check your credit report when you apply, but I have heard of a few that will report you once you default. Especially if it's sent to a collection agency.
