PayDayOne and credit reports

I am just wondering if anyone here defaulted with PayDayOne and has checked thier credit report to see if they are on it? I defaulted on mine and the payments they offered me were still too steep to keep up with. I'm planning to get them PIF next month if everything goes according to plan.
I have not checked TranUnion or Equifax-I will in the next month or so. They are not on my Experian although they have reported the same loan charged off 2 different times on my teletrack.

Can you tell me the state you live in? You need to first check whether they are legal in your state or not. Most illegal payday lenders do not report the debt to the credit bureaus. You can check the following link for further details.
