I got a call from CashNet USA this morning regarding a payment of 51.73 that didn't go through because I closed my account. They said if I don't pay the 51.73 that the calls will continue and that I also have 251.73 to pay. The 51.73 is the rollover fee. I didn't request a rollover. Is there anything I can say or do?
I also asked for a physical mailing address and they said they don't do that, so they emailed me the Western Union info.
I have 2 IPDL's should I pay something on each of them at the same time, or pay off one and then tackle the other?

It depends. Cash Net USA is legal, so they will need to be paid
It depends. Cash Net USA is legal, so they will need to be paid off. If the other company you are dealing with is legal too, then same goes. But if the other company is illegal, I would say to pay off Cash Net USA first, then deal with the other company.
