Additional email
I received the following email 4 times yesterday from My Next Payday Dear Mr./Mrs. Please be advised we have been unsuccessful in our attempts to reach you by telephone. Please contact our office at 1-800-220-0351 immediately upon receipt of this notice. Failure to comply could result in your account being reported to a consumer reporting agency. Sincerely, Collection/Recovery Manager customercare@mynextpaycheck.com 800-220-0351 Fax 888-883-9912 I called all 9 payday loan companies on 4/19 in an attempt to set up payments. Most want excessive interest/fees in addition to what I have already paid. Red Stone and Pepper Cash were the only two who said they would accept money orders on a payment plan I could afford, PDL.Now refuses any type of payment other than direct w/d from a checking account. I am afraid to do that!!! I am trying to repay them what I borrowed even though they are not legal in Florida and according to the FL office of Fin Regulation, because this debt is illegal it is not enforceable. I feel morally obligated to pay these people back the money they loaned me, but how do I pay them back if they won't except anything other than a bank account debit or a Visa prepaid card? Thank you! Also, Beacon won't give me an email or address, they said I have to buy a money order then call them for a fax number and they will give me an address to send the money order-who ever heard of such a weird set-up? THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE
correction
Sorry, I am not good at posting. The bold print regarding this is an attempt to collect a debt is the bottom part of the my next payday email. I don't know how I messed up a simple copy and paste!
