Has anyone had any dealings with Netcash 123/Cash on Wheels? They are apparently the same company. I live in California, checked the CA Department of Corps. website, can't find their name listed. I have recently defaulted on a loan I've been paying on for what seems like forever. The loan was for $600.00, I've paid $2880.00 since December of 2011. They are asking for a payment plan to pay $990.00 to them to close the account. Good one, eh?! I'm about to respond to their payment plan request by sending the letter I found on this website asking them for a refund but was wondering if anyone here knows if they do in fact have a CA license to fund. This is a PDL loan. Their website is very elusive, lists states they won't fund to, CA isn't listed.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I am so happy to have found this website and Payday loan forum.

I have been drowning in payday loans and I have been too embarassed to talk to anyone about the extent of my payday loan troubles.

I have 11 pdl's and 1 installment loan. I feel silly for accumulating so many but have had some major financial hardships, found my hardship got worse with each loan I took out. My paychecks have been wiped clean by the payday loan fees for about a year, things have gotten so rotten that I had to move into a cheaper place and have gotten behind on important payments such as my rent/car.

My bank account was in the negative by about $800.00 and was forced closed due to being overdraft for so many days. I tried to work with these pdl companies, they were not willing to work with me with my checking account open and half started trying to pull a payment every other day once their payments started returing for NSFs. I contacted three debt consolidation companies, two said they don't deal with payday loan companies because pdl's don't negotiate, one was going to charge me $755 a month to pay back these loans over a 12 month period, their rate being 30 percent. I decided to deal with these companies on my own.

I live in California. All of my pdl and installment loans are internet loans and are past due:

Here is the list of companies and my experiences so far:

1. Ace Cash Express - loan - $255.00, pay back $315.00. Had ongoing reloans for years. Willing to work with me, paying back full loan in two weeks. CA licensed.

2. Speedy Cash - loan - $255.00, pay back $315.00. Had ongoing reloans for about a year. Willing to work with me, paying back full amount in two weeks. CA licensed.

3. Check City - loan - $255.00, pay back $315.00, also willing to work with me, offered a payment plan for three payments of $105.00 to pay in full, accepted the payment plan. CA licensed.

4. Cash King - loan - $600.00, have paid $300.00, their office called me and offered a settlement of $300.00, two payments of $150.00, accepted offer. I don't think they are CA licensed but only charging me the principal so I won't fight it. I had a previous loan with them before that I paid in full.

5. Plain Green - loan - $1200.00, have paid $1156.63, their office called me and offered a settlement of $779.00, in three payments. I accepted before finding this forum and realizing they are a tribal company/no CA license. I guess I'm stuck with this one since I already said yes to the ppa? They post on credit reports so I didn't want to push this one. I have paid off two loans with them before obtaining this one.

6. PayDay Avenue - loan - $875.00, have reloaned quite a few times, defaulted now, they are saying I owe $1289.00. Are they licensed in CA? What is the best way to settle with them?

And the illegal lenders in CA -

7. Netcash 123 - loan $600.00, have paid $2880.00 (!), they emailed saying I owe $990.00, e-mailed them the revocation letter I found on this forum. Waiting on response.

8. East Side Lenders - loan $650.00, paid $1212.50, e-mailed saying I owe $230.00, e-mailed the revocation letter.

9. Vince Enterprises - loan $350.00, paid $390.00 - incredibly rude collection manager, offered a settlement over the phone then when I agreed to accept and pay the next day (again before I found this site), told me that I only had ten minutes to pay with a card over the phone or it would be going to collections. I asked to hold until the next working day, was basically called a liar and that they hear lies all the time. Gave her a piece of my mind and hung up. Sent the revocation letter. Their collection people are jerks. I had a loan from them before this one and paid it off. This loan came off of the Money Mutual site.

10. Shamrock - loan $300 - have paid $720.00, e-mailed saying I owe $520.00. E-mailed revocation letter. Another loan off the Money Mutual site.

11. United Holdings/Titans/Midlands co. - loan $300.00 - have paid $900.00, have not heard from them yet. E-mailed the revocation letter. I don't even recall signing any documents for this loan. Came along with the Shamrock and Vince Enterprise loan.

Installment loans:

Check N Go - loan - $2600.00, have paid about $750.00 so far, they call me day and night...call me work everyday since I defaulted, anyone have any luck negotiating with them?

Any insight the companies I sent letters to or am still negotiating with would be helpful.
