I opened a case with the BBB of NY. I was getting calls from Sterling and Seymore - Eric Ross. They said I was in "big trouble".
I filled out all this information and the BBB just forwarded it to the collector. They didn't do much of all accept act as a mail exchange.
The response I got was.
The business says:
We will not call again. Client opened a loan during an active bankruptcy. We will be contacting the trustee and the bankruptcy attorney.
I dont think I have much to worry about. I have the bankstatements and the fact that they aren't legal in Minnesota.
