one more T & C question

I guess since the retainer fee must be made by western union payment, that I just go ahead and mail my bill list and contract correct? I'm going to mail that today and make the payment next Friday. Does anyone know how long it takes them to send out proposals and your first payment? I'm going to send them the retainer plus a pretty hefty first's months payment to get started. Also how do I know if the creditors accept the plan?

One way I found out is by calling them and asking them. Some times the places will make a counter offer and T&C will call you and ask if you agree to those payments. Usually they cut the checks a day or two after they receive your payment.
