They aren't supposed to call you, but if they've not been notified of the bankruptcy, they can't know they shouldn't be calling you.

Thank you and I did let him know about the check fraud. The other thing is I have not heard from CashNet since 2006 and the bank they said this was about I was not with at that time...they are also calling family and friends stating the same information.
